An enquiry is not a contract

Submitting the form on this site is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract, reserve a place in our schedule, or oblige either of us to anything. Work begins when a written contract is signed by both parties, and the terms of that contract — not this page — govern the work.

Estimates and pricing

Any figure discussed before a site visit is an indication, not a quotation. A real estimate follows an inspection of the property and is issued in writing. Where an insurance claim is involved, the scope and pricing are also subject to what your insurer approves.

What is on this site

We try to keep the descriptions of our services accurate and current, but the material here is general information about the kind of work we do. It is not construction advice, engineering advice, legal advice, or insurance advice for your particular property. The explanations of the insurance claims process describe how claims usually work; your policy is the document that governs your claim.

Photographs

The project photographs on this site are of work carried out by Caromark, including the before-and-after pairs. They are examples of completed projects, not a promise of a particular result, specification or finish on yours.

Warranty

Caromark offers a one-year limited workmanship warranty on work we perform. The terms of that warranty are set out in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.

Licensing

Caromark is a licensed general contractor. Bob Whiting holds the license for Caromark and is also a licensed insurance adjuster. We are happy to provide our license number and current certificates of insurance on request.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Caromark Building Group, LLC or to Idea Forge Studios LLC, who built it. Please do not reproduce them elsewhere without permission. You are welcome to link to any page here.

Where we link to a third party — a manufacturer, an accreditation body, or a review platform — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability
