Hail Damage
Hail damage is an insurance question before it is a roofing question
Hail rarely announces itself from the ground. Bruised shingles, fractured mats and damaged vents and flashing can sit on a roof for a season before they leak, and by then the storm date matters to your insurer. An objective assessment early is worth more than a fast quote.
What we do after a hail storm
- 1 Assess the roof, and your coverage. Because we are licensed insurance adjusters, the same visit tells you what the damage is and how your policy is likely to treat it.
- 2 Document the loss properly, so the claim reflects the whole of the damage rather than the part that is visible from the driveway.
- 3 Replace or repair. We can replace or repair your roof expertly and quickly because we are local, with our owners involved in every project.
- 4 Bill the insurer directly for damage covered by your policy.

You choose the contractor
Some insurers maintain “preferred contractor” programmes at pre-determined pricing. You are not required to use one. Caromark works solely for the homeowner.
