Caromark Building Group is a residential and commercial general contractor in both North and South Carolina. As unlimited licensed general contractors we can build a structure from the ground up — and the same people who price the job stay involved through to handover.

Why owners bring us in early

Bob Whiting holds the license for Caromark and has over 30 years in the construction industry.
Our philosophy is to listen to our customer's needs, perform the highest quality work possible, and always at a fair price.
We carry commercial and residential work side by side, so a commercial project is not an unfamiliar exception to how we build.
Owners are involved in every project.

Founded in 2007, Caromark has built and renovated homes, condominiums, townhomes and commercial projects across the Carolinas. If you are planning a new commercial building, get in touch and we will walk the site with you.
