How a structural repair runs

1 We get someone to the property to make it safe and secure. On a vehicle strike that usually means shoring, boarding and securing the opening the same day.
2 We open up enough of the structure to see the full extent of the damage, because the visible damage is rarely all of it.
3 Where the repair changes how the building carries load, a structural engineer designs the beam or connection and our crew installs it.
4 We rebuild back through framing, insulation, exterior finish and interior finish, and we can bill your insurer directly for covered damage.
